How Does This Work?
This form must be filled out prior to any Remote Support, On-Site Support, Pick-ups, or Drop-offs.
① Getting Started
Fill out this form. We'll reach out shortly to schedule a time to pick up your device. We'll pick up your device, and diagnose it. There's a $40 fee to cover pick-up, drop-off, and diagnostics. Our diagnostics turn-around is typically 1-2 days.
② Repair Quote
We'll repair your laptop. If the issue is a quick fix then the fee is $40. We'll perform the work, and reach out to schedule a time to drop it off. Your total should be $80.
If the fix is complicated or requires us to order replacement parts then we'll reach out for approval before moving forward. This includes a quote for hardware, labor, and a time-estimate.
If you don't want to move forward with the quote then we'll schedule a time to return your laptop, and you're only out the $40 to cover pick-up, drop-off, and diagnostics.
③ 30-Day Warranty
Our work is covered by a 30-day limited warranty. If we make a mistake or miss something then we'll re-diagnose the issue, re-quote, and credit the cost of the initial solution. We don't charge for any additional pick-ups/drop-offs during that time.
Business Support
The majority of our services have a set price, as described above. Projects and Other hourly work is billed at a rate of $80/hour. We bill in 15 minute increments, and all work is rounded up and billed at the next 15 minute increment.
Any work performed outside our normal hours is considered "After Hours", and our after hours rate is $150/Hour - about double our normal rate.
Business invoices are generated at the end of the month and are due withing 30 days from when they were issued.
Business Relations
Our job is act in the best interest of your business. That requires us to use our professional judgement when solving issues.
Unlike personal support, business support is not quoted prior to performing the work - we prioritize solving issues over determining the cost to solve those issues. If you disagree with any of the time billed on your monthly invoice then please give us a call and we'll work with you to make adjustments.
